Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of carttoclient.com, app.carttoclient.com, and the Cart to Client product planning service (the “Service”), operated by Cart to Client (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that business, and “you” refers to that business and its authorized users.

Questions about these Terms? Contact us at carttoclient@gmail.com.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, including a valid email address, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each plan includes a set number of team members (up to 5). You are responsible for how your invited team members and client access links are used.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Free Trial

Plans and pricing. We offer Basic and Pro plans billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

Free trial. Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to begin the trial, but you are not charged until day 14. If you cancel before day 14, you will not be charged.

Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Late or failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until the balance is settled.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access another account or data you are not authorized to see; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without permission; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law; resell or redistribute access without a written agreement with us; upload malicious code; or harass, defame, or harm anyone through the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your Data and Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you enter into the Service — including project plans, product data, client information, invoices, receipts, and photos. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.

You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and transmit your content solely as needed to provide the Service to you and at your direction (for example, sending a product approval email to your client).

You are responsible for having the right to enter any client or third-party data into the Service and for complying with laws that apply to your business (including privacy laws).

6. Our Intellectual Property

The Service itself — including its software, design, branding, and documentation — is owned by Cart to Client and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business while your subscription is active.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service connects to third-party providers for hosting, payments, email delivery, and optional integrations (such as product sourcing tools). Your use of any third-party integration is also governed by that provider's terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

8. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, or remove features over time. If we make a material change that reduces core functionality of a paid plan, we will give you reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice, and nothing in the Service constitutes such advice. You are responsible for the invoices you create and the business decisions you make using the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CART TO CLIENT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms or fail to pay. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Cart to Client operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or through the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
